Hi Nicolas,

Login as a administrator. In "User accounts" at the bottom of page should be dropdown list. Choose "User" and click "Create here"

hm, i checked this in the demo on the ez.no site. I find the pull down menu for the creation of user groups and users in "user accounts"
In my installation it says: 

The <User group> class is not configured to contain any sub items.

so i guess i have to change that under setup/classes
