The problem seems to be with Online Editor v4.2.5
Rolling back to v4.2.4 fixed it.

If I had more time, I would write less code.

I have the same problem with OE 5.
I added a custom attribute on embed custom tag and the attribute is resetted when I (save & ) close the popup window. But if i uncheck the "Inline" checkbox i can see my input back.
