There are customers who are using paynet gateway,
There are two gateways Direct and Terminal supported by Paynet and this gateway extension. Security is not a problem at all, since no creadit card information is stored inside your datatbase. As to me if you are going to use it on shared hosting it is better to use Terminal. Since in that case user types creadit card info when he is on the paynet server (redirected there) and you just get a receipt from paynet when payment is done. I do now see any problem about using Paynet Terminal on shared hosting.
