You have a missconfiguration in the image.ini check your settings

My settings\override\image.ini.append.php looks like this:
<?php /* #?ini charset="iso-8859-1"? [ImageMagick] IsEnabled=true ExecutablePath=c:\program files\imagemagick-6.0.0-q16 Executable=convert.exe */ ?>
I changed the path to old windows-style, and now it works!
<?php /* #?ini charset="iso-8859-1"? [ImageMagick] IsEnabled=true ExecutablePath=c:\progra~1\imagemagick-6.0.0-q16 Executable=convert.exe */ ?>
