This an IE-bug. The pages look fine in Firefox.
As far as I can see, your challenge lies in this string:
<div class="toolbar-item last"> <div class="toolbox"> <div class="toolbox-design"> <div class="toolbox-content"> <img src="http://www.oslomsh.no/uploads/Image/sidebilder/rotate.php"> </div> </div> </div> </div>
I haven't accessed your stylesheet, but you probably have to work with some "float" issues in that chunk of div's.
