Did you already check the image size on the image.ini settings?

can you show us how do you insert this image on your template (pagelayout). Some things like this:

I tried to see the page on another navigator (other than firefox, on opera and flock) the image is ok, but on firefox no(the problem is with firefox). Ok thank you all !
