Within the adminpanel:
Create a new usergroup called xxx Editors.
Create a new role with the permission to create/edit/view your content (objects, sections, whatever you want to be editable by that users).
Assign the role to the group xxx Editors.
Edit the user-profile and assign the users to your new group xxx Editors.
