Some minor things:
* check if RootNodeDepth is set to something else in override/site.ini.append.php
* RootNode should be set in content.ini not site.ini
But I'm a bit unsure about what you mean by 'last Node' here:

In the override it isnt, i have tryed all possibilities to siteaccess and override.
RootNode is in the wrong ini, ok, i will try it next time. example for understanding:
Nodetree
- Home
---- NoSite1
---- NoSite2
---- Site1
------ Folder1
-------- Folder2
------ Folder3
------ Folder4
---- Site2
------ FolderX
-------- Frontpage1
---------- FolderZ
------ FolderY If i join Site1 i can see Folder1, Folder3 and Folder4 in navigation, its accurately which I want. If i join Site2 i can see FolderX and FolderY in Navigation, but if i open a Frontpage i get NoSite1, NoSite2, Site1 and Site2 in my navigation... If the first Page is a Frontpage I have the problem @ the beginning... thx for help!!!!
