The problem has been fixed. Following other indications present in a different source (Building an eZ Publish site), I just edited /settings/override/site.ini.append.php (unsecured site), and added:
It would seem that the indications in the Wiki are outdated... Perhaps a documentation contributor can make clarifications to avoid confusing newbies like me?
