I have the same problem
The following errors were detected:
EZSW-004Failed inserting data to mysql
Table 'ezapprove_items' already exists
EZSW-040Failed to initialize site package plain
I followed the instructions on this link to sort out the mysql but it did not
change anything.

Hi no other errors on the installation. As for delete the DB I have tried that three times with no luck. I was looking at it this morning again and tried another reinstall and I am getting the same error, I can see nothing wrong

SSI (Server Side Includes)
PHP 3, PHP 4, PHP 5, Perl, Python
CGIs inkl. Tools
Mem I think it is around 8 or 16MB I think it is around 8MB that might be a problem. I have not tried Deleting var/cache I had previously deleted var/plain. So I gave that a try and guess what I was patient and let it run in its own time and no luck.
