In short, this is your problem?: Your siteaccess named "plain" works, but your siteaccess named "tf" does not.
The configuration for your siteaccess "tf" should be located here: {ezp_doc_root}/settings/siteaccess/tf
Your siteaccess need to be enabled in {ezp_doc_root}/settings/override/site.ini.append
Add the following line to the bottom of the [SiteAccessSettings] section AvailableSiteAccessList[]=tf
