Newbee to eZ Publish, I don't know the answer to your question, but quite used with Joomla, I can say that Artisteer is a mess. It doesn't produce clean code and css, and over forums, a lot of people complain about cross-browser compatibility. Could be nice for a personal page but not for a profesionnal application. Hope it helps !
